Dart Properties operates a series of residential apartments across Metro Detroit. To set them apart from the competition, along with custom photography and drone footage, I developed strategic messaging that communicates their unique offering of high-end apartments with the quaint feeling of community. I call it: "Comfortable Luxury Living."
